Noeline Niwemubyeyi is a Teacher Assistant at Rise Up Academy. She loves working and socializing with students. She says, “It makes my heart warm seeing kids gaining knowledge and having fun.” Noeline is a senior student at Cascade High School. She loves the color brown, exploring places, meeting new people and gaining more knowledge about life.
